From personal experience to dedicated service
As a mom of five and a business owner, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to balance work, family, appointments, household responsibilities, and everything else life throws your way. There never seems to be enough time in the day, and I often found myself wishing for an extra set of hands to help with the little things that quickly add up. This personal experience inspired the creation of Second Family Concierge, a service built to give busy families the support they deserve.

Above all, I want every family to feel supported, understood, and cared for. Life can get overwhelming, and asking for help isn’t always easy. My goal is to remove some of that stress by being someone families can truly depend on. We want our clients to feel like they have a trusted partner—not just someone checking off a to-do list. Whether we’re running errands, organizing a home, helping with holiday preparations, or taking care of the little things that pile up, we treat every task with the same care and attention we would give our own family.

Every person who works with our clients is someone I know personally, trust completely, and would confidently welcome into my own home. Because we’re a family-run business, we share the same values of honesty, reliability, kindness, and treating every client with genuine care and respect. We understand that inviting someone into your home or trusting them with your family’s daily responsibilities is a big decision, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. As we grow, we’ll continue to be extremely selective about who joins our team. Every team member will be carefully chosen, thoroughly background checked, and held to the same high standards of professionalism, trust, and compassionate service that our clients have come to expect.
