Each plan includes a set number of concierge hours that can be used for most everyday tasks, such as errands, grocery shopping, prescription pickups, gift shopping, laundry, light home organization, waiting for service appointments, school or activity transportation (where offered), holiday shopping, and much more.

Specialty services that require additional labor, equipment, multiple team members, or materials—such as Christmas decorating, power washing, large organization projects, moving assistance, and event setup—may require an additional fee. Any purchases made on your behalf, such as groceries, gifts, or household items, are billed separately.
